Life tends to bring stress, hardship, and struggle, simply put life is not easy. We live and we learn, but we find ourselves just going through the motions of life.
So, how do we learn to live happy when the weight of our world is on our shoulders. We can not change what life dishes out to us, but we can change the way we live our lives. Thus, we can live happy, healthy and whole lives.
Each one of us are different inside and out, that is what makes us unique. Therefore, you will need to figure out works for you. I believe, we can all start with a few key principles that will lead you on the right path to living a happy, Healthy and whole life. It starts from inside you and changing your mindset in changing your life.
The human brain is one of the most fascinating organs of our bodies. It is the supercomputer of our bodies. It controls many functions in our body, thoughts, movement, organs, memory and speech, among other functions. There are many things that scientists have yet to discover about the human brain. Within the brain lies the mind, at least partially set in the brain, according to scientists.
The mind is the broad set of cognitive faculties that controls our thoughts and consciousness and can be very powerful.
It can help us accomplish things we never thought possible, yet it can convince us to do things we would never consider doing.
Therefore, we must be cautious as to what we feed our minds and what our state of mind is in.
There are many ways to keep the mind active and healthy. One of the most common methods of keeping a healthy mind is through meditation. There are many forms of meditation, most of which you should seek guidance and instruction.
However, you can start with basic meditation, also known as concentration meditation. This will teach you how to focus your mind and clear your mind. It is also the foundation for other forms of meditation. Other forms of meditation which include:

If we don’t keep our bodies active the muscles and tissues will start to atrophy. Exercise also builds muscle strength and helps boost endurance as well as, delivering oxygen to your tissues.
Regular exercise can also help prevent many health problems, improve your mood, boost energy, improve blood circulation, among many other things.
Getting the correct form of exercise does not mean you need to go to the gym every day. It just means get off the couch and get the body moving. We can get exercise through a variety of different activities.
The Department of Health and human Services recommends that we spend 150 hours a week of moderate aerobic activity or 75hours of vigorous aerobic activity per week. However, even small amounts of physical activity also good.
Well, it goes without saying, healthy eating habits are a great way to keep both the mind and body healthy. Our bodies need fuel in order to function, just like a car runs on gasoline. What happens when you put in a lower grade gasoline into your new car? It becomes sluggish can start to bog down a bit, your car just isn’t running smoothly.
Well our bodies are the same, if we are feeding our bodies junk food and sweets all the time; then our bodies will start to not run smoothly.
Therefore, we should really pay attention to what we are putting in our bodies. Our bodies run on three main components, carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
Vitamins and minerals are also essential, which aid in proper growth and development.
